No. There's no formal contract, no minimum referrals, and no obligation to send a certain number of clients per month. Our partnership is built on a simple handshake agreement — you send clients our way, and we pay you when they sign on.
How do I make sure my referral gets credited to me?
Ask your referral to mention your name when they reach out, or introduce them directly by email or text. You'll receive written confirmation of every referral fee owed to you before we request payment from the client.
When do I get paid, and how?
Referral fees are paid within 30 days of the client's first project payment. We pay by check, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle — whichever is easiest for you.
What if my referral needs something you don't offer?
CloudG8 Design handles websites, web apps, AI systems, automation, and internal tools. If a referred client has needs outside our scope, we'll say so honestly and will never misrepresent our services.
Is there a limit to how many clients I can refer?
No limit whatsoever. Refer one client or fifty — each one earns you a fee. We welcome as many introductions as you're comfortable making.
Will you pitch my clients on other services?
Absolutely not. Your client relationships are yours. We only provide the services the client signs up for and will never upsell or poach your relationships.
